I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, which offers an unforgettable view of Central Park. The location is a highlight, making it easy to step out for a stroll or to enjoy various attractions nearby. However, I found the room we had to be quite small, which was a letdown given the room price. The dining experience was average at best, especially considering the high expectations I had. Overall, it was a good stay but with a few areas that could use improvement.

The staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel very welcomed, especially the Assistant Front Office Manager, who went above and beyond to make my stay special. The room I stayed in was comfortable, and the hotel itself radiated a sense of luxury. However, my family's experience with check-in and unexpected charges was far from ideal, which certainly detracted from the overall impression. Despite these issues, the value provided in terms of service and the fantastic facilities makes it a place I would consider returning to.
